The #1 Technique For Overcoming Any Form Of Anxiety

Are you claustrophobic by any chance? Are you afraid of flying? Do you get anxious about specific events in your day to day life and you want to stop feeling that way?

You don't need to live in fear. You don't have to deal with this alone. There are ways to overcome such an issue like this one. Your anxiety has stopped you from living your life.

You are DONE with living in fear.

You are TIRED of not doing what you've always wanted.

You are EXHAUSTED having to deal with anxiety attacks daily.

The #1 Technique For Overcoming Any Form Of Anxiety

The Countdown Technique is by far the most powerful little secret known to man. It can help stop your anxiety in an instant and help you find that calm feeling once again.

The more you use this trick, the more you'll be able to strengthen your mind and know how to use this technique to stop future attacks.

All you have to do is........

Talk to your anxiety and give it a countdown. The countdown is a psychological little trick to convince your anxiety to keep going, and in  return it'll stop what its doing. It works like this:

When you're feeling anxious and confused, all you have to do is breathe and breathe, and then mentally or out loud say to yourself, "Anxiety..... You have 15 seconds to give me your full blast of anxiousness.... go.... 15, 14, 13...." and so forth.

Why does this work?

Because anxiety is stupid. It doesn't exactly know what its doing. It has no clue why it's being the way it is. Anxiety gives you a sense of emotions and feelings without a general idea of what it's trying to accomplish.

When you count it down, you give it all the power it needs, but it'll realize there really is nothing to be afraid of.

Tips When Doing This Trick:

Let the anxiety in, but remain breathing throughout the countdown.

Breathe in and out.

Even try forcing the anxiety to do its job. Bring it in and let it join your mind and body. Focus on where the anxiety is headed. The mind, brain, or any part of the body. You'll soon realize that anxiety genuinely has no overall power. It is truly weak.

I learned this trick from Panic Away by Barry McDonaugh. He's an anxiety and panic attack expert who has studied the mind over the past 10+ years. He knows every part of anxiety and how to put a stop to it. You can read more on his other techniques right here.
